PAPPA for athletes
If you train, PAPPA keeps your sessions, your food, your bodyweight and your recovery in one place, so you can see what is really happening instead of guessing. You can use it on your own or with a coach.

A day with PAPPA
In the morning
Log your bodyweight. Over a few weeks it becomes a trend, and the trend is the part worth looking at.
At the gym
Start a routine or an empty session, log your sets, and use the rest timer between them. If you do not know the machine, photograph it or scan its tag.
With your meals
Search for the food, snap a photo of the plate, or tell Talk what you ate. You confirm the portion before anything is saved.
Before bed
Check the recovery view for your sleep, your steps and how much work each muscle group has had in the last seven days. Plan tomorrow in the planner.
If you train with a coach
A coach can only see you after they invite you and you accept. Once you have, this is what they can see and do. We list it here so you know before you say yes.
Your summary
Your division and goal, how many days a week you train, your recent workouts, your weight trend, and your calories and macros for today against your target.
Your progress
Your current weight and how it has changed over the last month and the last three months, how consistently you have trained over four weeks, how often you log food, when you were last active, and your streak.
Your upcoming events
The event dates you have put in PAPPA.
Your equipment list, only if you share it
The machines in your gym library, but only if you switch on Share with my coach on the Gym Equipment screen. It is off until you do, and you can switch it off again.
Whether you did what was prescribed
How closely your sessions matched the program you were given, and what happened the last time you ran a program.
What a coach can do
Message you, write notes on exercises that you read on that exercise’s screen, build or edit your program and meal plan, and start a session on your account when you are at the gym together.
PAPPA is a tracking and planning guide. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for your coach or your doctor, and no outcome is guaranteed.
