How PAPPA works
Nine steps, from asking for a place to taking your data with you. Each one is something you can do in the app today.

Ask for a place
PAPPA is a closed beta. Create an account with your email and a password, confirm your email with the six-digit code we send you, and fill in a short profile. The last step is a person letting you in, and we let you know when that happens. If every place is taken, you can join the waiting list instead.
Tell PAPPA about you
Once you are in, answer a short set of questions in four steps: About You, A Few More Things, Your Numbers, and Review. Your answers set up your energy and macro targets, and PAPPA builds your first seven-day meal plan in the background, which takes a few minutes.
Put it on your home screen
PAPPA is a web app that installs like an app. Add it to your home screen on your phone and it opens full screen, with no app store.
Log your training
Open the Training tab, pick a routine or any exercise, and record your sets and weights. Use the rest timer between sets, and let it identify a machine from a photo if you are not sure what you are on.
Log your food
Open the Nutrition tab and search for what you ate, snap a photo of the plate, or tell Talk. Every route ends with you confirming the portion before it is saved.
Check in on weight and recovery
Log your bodyweight and see the trend. The Recovery tab shows your training history, your sleep and how much work each muscle has had in the last seven days.
Ask Talk when you want to know
Talk answers questions, including how to use the app, and shows where each answer came from. It can also prepare a meal or a night of sleep for you to confirm.
Plan what is next
Use the planner and your routines to decide the week ahead, and put dates on events you are working toward.
Take your data when you want it
Export everything as JSON or CSV any time, or delete your account from your profile. Your data is not locked in.
PAPPA is a tracking and planning guide. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for your coach or your doctor, and no outcome is guaranteed.
